Delete your account.

This page applies to every ISSB Preparation account, whether you use the website, the Prepare ISSB mobile app (iOS and Android), or both. They share one account, so one request removes your account everywhere.

• In the app — open Settings and choose “Request account deletion”.
• By e-mail — write to admin@prepareissb.com from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”, and include your WhatsApp number so that we can verify it is you.

• We review every request within 7 days.
• You receive a confirmation e-mail when the request is approved.
• Once it is approved, you can no longer sign in, and your data is deleted as described below.

Deleted

• Your profile (name, WhatsApp number, e-mail, password hash).
• Your test answers and uploaded handwriting photos.
• Your reports and scores.
• Any audio or video recordings that have not already been deleted.
• Links between your account and your devices, and push-notification tokens.

Kept

• Payment and receipt records that we must keep for accounting, in anonymised form.
• Staff audit logs of actions taken on the service.

We may decline or delay a request while a payment receipt is under review, or if the account was blocked for payment fraud, because we must keep the related payment and fraud-prevention records. If that happens we will tell you by e-mail.

Raw submissions such as handwriting images and recordings are normally deleted earlier, as soon as they have been reviewed. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

Changed your mind? While the request is pending you can cancel it from Settings in the app, or by e-mailing admin@prepareissb.com before it is approved. After approval, deletion cannot be undone.
