Online registration → Intelligence Test → Academic Test (English/Maths/Physics/Biology) → preliminary medical + interview → Physical Test (1.6 km run 8 min, 15 push-ups/2 min, 20 sit-ups/2 min, 3 chin-ups/2 min) → EQi psychological test → AHQ Selection Board interview → merit list

Female Medical Assistant (FMA) is listed separately on the portal careers page but shares the same criteria. Regional quota relaxation: rural/remote areas, Balochi domiciled (Quetta district), merged KPK districts (ex-FATA), GB: Matric 50% aggregate with 40% English, all trades, Matric passed from area of domicile; star/grace-marks condonement = ineligible.
