Entry criteria.

- Not stated on portal — set per advertisement (secondary: ~20–27 most branches, up to 35–40 Special branches). No age relaxation (incl. tribal areas).

- Male and female (females join as SSC officers after Graduation; female branches: Education, IT, Medical and Special etc., advertised per cycle)

- Completed graduation degree with transcript in hand (final-semester candidates may NOT apply); foreign degrees need HEC equivalence; Kanzul Madaras qualified eligible; per-branch %/CGPA in ads (secondary: technical branches CGPA 2.5–3.0 / 60%; IT: min 3.0 CGPA — verify)

- Required (+ PNSB — Pakistan Navy Selection Board) — EXCEPT medical candidates. Two chances at ISSB + two at PNSB/service boards.

- Twice yearly; next tentative Dec 2026. No repeater facility for ISSB candidates; twice ISSB-rejected at FSc/14-yr level gets 3rd chance after completing BS.
